  • Welcome Megan Abrams, LISW-S!

    Pediatric Associates of Fairfield would like to welcome Megan Abrams, LISW-S to our practice.  Megan is a native of the Dayton area.  She has been practicing mental health social work for 10 years in the Cincinnati area. Her background includes school-based therapy and inpatient psychiatry.  Most recently she has worked in the Partial Hospitalization Program at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Megan joined our team this February and will be our first full-time Behavioral Health Therapist providing in-house therapy for our patients who need it. Please join us in welcoming Megan Abrams, LISW-S to our practice.
  • Welcome Cathy Douglas-Penn, LISW-S!

    Pediatric Associates of Fairfield would like to welcome Cathy Douglas-Penn LISW-S to our practice.  Cathy is a native of the Cincinnati area and has a notable experience in child behavioral health.  She obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work in 1981 and then achieved her Licensure in Independent Social Work with Supervisory Designation.  She has been a practicing therapist and supervisor with a wide range of experience in many schools and agencies through her vast career.  She most recently supervised the Psychiatric Intake Team at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
    Cathy Douglas-Penn joined our practice in October 2018 and will be working part-time.  Cathy will supervise and coordinate the expansion of our Behavioral Heath Team ultimately offering in-house therapy and counseling services for our patients who need it.  Please join us in welcoming

  • Vaccinations for Self-Pay/VFC-eligible Patients

    Pediatric Associates of Fairfield, Inc., no longer provides free/discounted vaccines through the VFC (Vaccine for Children) program. If your child is eligible for the VFC program we encourage you to go to your local health department to receive the recommended immunizations for your child.  Please provide us with an updated copy of the immunization record for each of your children in a timely manner so we can keep their medical record accurate and current.  
  • Transfer of Care/Record Release Form

    Maintaining a complete and accurate medical record is very important in providing the highest quality of medical care to your child.  If you are new to Pediatric Associates we request that you supply us with a complete medical record from Providers your child may have seen in the past.  Additionally, if you are transferring to another Provider from Pediatric Associates - please print out a Record Release/Transfer of Care form (attached) and we will promptly copy your child's medical chart for your new Provider.
